Hey well I got some more hours in on the window this weekend and finished it off. I think that it turned out pretty nice. Miki and I both like the simple, elegant design of this one. It is the first time that I have tried anything with this extreme of variation in the line quality or width of the solder joints. I wrapped an extra copper foil width on the ends of the grass segments. I'll have to mess with that more sometime.
sad thing is that Suzy had this piece sitting by an open window and a big storm blew it off the sill on to the floor and broke about half of the pieces. She brought it back to me but I don't think that either of us can afford to fix it. Sad, it was a nice window.
